Smirky Witch: Nearly completed
h
Why wouldn't she smirk, from all of her work
It's an amazingly neat place to be.
With her crinkly face
And hysterical grace
She's off her rocker, you see...
Well, that little limerick just sort of rolled sideways and blithely popped out of me brain. I like it when that happens. It's always refreshing to see that the grey matter still emits a few cogitative sparks here and there.
I hope the photo does her supreme hag-ressiveness much justice. I glued many lovely grey and black genuine hubby hairs (why, they were pluckt straight from his beard, mind you!) onto her brows, gaping nostrils, and the wart on her chubby chinny-chin-chin. Next I'm working on her body, garb, and other sweet touches like a broom. Much as I enjoy seeing a disembodied polymer clay head resting comfortably on a table top, I much prefer envisioning her with a more plump, corporeal finish. Wot you say, eh?
Check back soon, to see her in all her completed gorgeeosity!
